Domino Effect Studio is a small, independently operated business based in Texas, USA, specializing in handcrafted resin domino sets and personalized accessories.
Our products are individually crafted, and many are made specifically according to each customer’s selected colors, designs, and customization options.

2. Products and Customization
We offer handcrafted resin domino sets and optional customization features, including:
- Custom colors, pigments, and finishes
- Split-color and layered designs
- Personalized logos, names, and artwork
- Custom pip colors
- Optional weighted dominoes
- Handmade wooden storage boxes
- Priority production options
Available options and prices are displayed through our website’s Domino Configurator.
We reserve the right to modify available options, materials, and pricing for future orders.
Changes will not affect confirmed orders without the customer’s agreement.
3. Product Dimensions and Handmade Characteristics
Our standard domino tiles measure approximately 46 × 23 × 11 mm and typically weigh 13–14 grams each, excluding optional added weight.
These measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade manufacturing process.
Our products are made using epoxy resin, pigments, decorative materials, and individually applied finishes.
Because each set is handcrafted, minor variations may occur, including:
- Differences in pigment distribution
- Slight variations in color intensity
- Unique glitter, mica, and decorative patterns
- Minor differences in layer appearance
- Small cosmetic imperfections consistent with handmade products
These variations are normal and are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.
However, products with significant defects or that materially differ from the confirmed order will be addressed according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Domino Configurator and Digital Previews
Our website features an interactive Domino Configurator that allows customers to visualize their selected customization options before ordering.
Digital previews are illustrative representations, not exact guarantees of the finished product.
The appearance of finished dominoes may vary depending on:
- Screen calibration and display settings
- Lighting conditions
- Resin transparency and pigmentation
- Material availability
- Handmade production techniques
- Decorative and holographic effects
We make reasonable efforts to reproduce your selected design accurately.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before completing checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Customer-Provided Logos and Artwork
Customers may upload logos, images, or other artwork for incorporation into personalized domino sets.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork or have the necessary permission to use it.
- Its use does not knowingly infringe another party’s intellectual property rights.
- You authorize Domino Effect Studio to reproduce and adapt it as needed to manufacture your order.
We may make minor technical adjustments to submitted artwork, including resizing, cropping, removing backgrounds, simplifying details, or adjusting placement to accommodate production.
We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the intended appearance of your design.
If substantial modifications are necessary, we may contact you for clarification or approval.
We reserve the right to reject artwork that is unlawful, infringes another party’s rights, or cannot reasonably be reproduced using our production methods.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because submitted artwork cannot be used, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an appropriate refund.
Uploading artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Domino Effect Studio.
We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted logos or designs.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
When placing an order, customers are responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate, including:
- Product selections
- Customization options
- Uploaded artwork
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Contact information
After checkout, customers will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to contact customers for clarification when customization instructions are incomplete or unclear.
If we cannot fulfill an order because of material unavailability, technical limitations, or another legitimate reason, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund where necessary.
We may cancel fraudulent or unauthorized orders.
7. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Product prices may vary depending on selected customization options.
Additional charges for optional features are displayed during configuration and included in the order total before checkout.
We currently accept payments through:

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and supported digital wallets.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout where required.
Orders must be paid successfully before production begins, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors. If such an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding and provide an opportunity to cancel for a full refund.
8. Production Times
Our custom resin domino sets typically require 2–3 weeks of production time before shipping.
Production time begins after payment has been confirmed and all necessary customization information has been received.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
Complex designs, material availability, high order volumes, and unexpected production issues may affect processing times.
Faster Processing
Customers may select an optional faster processing service when available.
This service prioritizes production but does not automatically provide expedited shipping.
The specific processing estimate, if offered, will be shown during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.
If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide options consistent with applicable law, including the opportunity to cancel and receive a refund.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States, generally using USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

10. Cancellations and Order Changes
Because our products are made to order, cancellations and changes depend on production progress.
We ask customers to contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if they wish to cancel or modify it.
- Before production begins: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.
- After production begins: Cancellations and changes may not be possible due to the customized nature of the product.
- Design modifications: May be accommodated when practical. Additional charges may apply if materials or labor have already been committed.
We will review requests individually and do our best to assist.
These provisions do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights arising from shipment delays.

11. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds based solely on a change of mind once production has begun.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us promptly.
We may request photographs or other relevant details to evaluate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include:
- Replacement of affected dominoes
- Replacement of the complete set
- Repair where practical
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Product Care and Safety
Our dominoes are intended for recreational tabletop use and decorative purposes.
They are not intended for use as children’s teething products, food-contact items, or objects designed for chewing.
Please avoid:
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat
- Contact with open flames
- Harsh solvents or abrasive cleaning products
- Intentional bending, crushing, or excessive impact
- Placing dominoes in the mouth
Resin products may chip, scratch, crack, or break if mishandled.
Weighted products may contain additional internal materials to increase their weight.
Do not cut, drill, sand, crush, burn, or intentionally open weighted dominoes.
If a weighted domino breaks and exposes internal material, stop using it, avoid handling exposed material unnecessarily, and contact us for assistance.
Our products are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.
13. Handmade Wooden Boxes and Accessories
Some orders may include optional handmade wooden storage boxes or other accessories.
Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, and appearance are expected.
Minor differences in wood color, texture, and finish do not necessarily constitute defects.
Accessories should be handled with reasonable care and kept away from excessive moisture or heat.
14. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to manage their information, review previous purchases, and communicate about orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to restrict accounts used for fraudulent activity, abuse, or other unlawful conduct.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every website feature.

We reserve the right to correct technical errors and update the website when necessary.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Domino Effect Studio is not responsible for losses resulting from improper product use, unauthorized alterations, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights or liability for harm caused by our negligence where such limitations are prohibited.
